The carnival is coming to town again but every year it seems even more people end up missing.
The masked clown killer as been brought to justice... But now the clowns have taken over the carnival completely! New Haunt to be announced for 2018!
The Story
Every year the town of swiftwater celebrates their fall festivities by decorating and having a week long festival including the ever popular carnival.
Each year however it appears a few clowns must be getting lost or running away, because they are never heard from again.
